Log into your SHEEPDOG® account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Hardware

Securely pack the electronics in their original tactical packaging, ensuring all components, cables, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technical team inspects the device for integrity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
